Refund Policy
​1. Right to Cancel
(Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your booking within seven (7) days of either:

the date the booking is made, or
-
the date you receive the booking confirmation email,
whichever is later.
Where a valid cancellation is made within this period, you will be entitled to a full refund, subject to the terms set out below.

2. Cancellations After the Cooling-Off Period
Cancellations made after the seven-day cooling-off period will be considered only where the attendee is unable to attend the event due to serious illness.
All such requests are subject to approval at the sole discretion of the organisers, and supporting evidence may be requested.

3. Administration Fee
Where a refund is approved after the cooling-off period, a £10 administration fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded to cover administrative costs incurred.

4. Final Refund Deadline
All refund requests must be submitted no later than 10 September 2026. Email info@childrenacn.co.uk to request a refund before this date. Refund requests received after this date will not be granted, except in extreme circumstances and entirely at the organisers’ discretion.

5. Refunds After the Event
No refunds will be issued after the event has taken place, under any circumstances.

6. Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible and processed within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Organisers’ Discretion
The organisers’ decision regarding refunds is final. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
